I think the difference between the following guys is negligible:

Chara
Boyle
Streit

Chances are they will all finish within around 5 points of each other. Any of them could have a huge season, or could have a dud season but they all seem to be pretty consistent. Safe bet says Chara, Boyle or Streit as they are proven producers in the situations they are in. If you care to take a risk on the slightly higher upside in a short season (5 points, very outside shot at 10) then OEL or Suter may be your bet, but OEL is less proven and Suter could take time to adjust. I say it is far more likely they would finish 10-points behind the more proven guys than 10 points ahead.
