well, there would have to be a lump sum buy out, but the point is no cap hit for the buy out. In the long run and getting out of bankruptcy, seems like it would be beneficial. I think it would be justifiable to the Bankruptcy court to get the business profitable again to be able to pay creditors. Meaning, paying less salaries and having less overhead and more profits(assuming the product is still viable)
