Don G's Healthy Diet Challenge
Let me preface this by saying, I've actually never been overweight, but have often got sick a lot. Part of the reason is that I've had allergy and some other minor health issues here and there but I found that I feel so much better when I eat healthy that I'm seriously changing my diet.
My challenge, to anyone who will accept it, is to post your old diet here and what your new diet will be. Then post regularly to follow up.
Myself- Old Daily Diet: Protein Bar
Rice and Chicken
New Daily Diet: Salad
Black Beans and Rice
Fresh Fruit Bowl
2oz Dark Chocolate
For little snacks here and there, I'm using Baked Lays as my semi junk food and things like Carrots to make up the bulk of it.
Tomorrow's first two meals :
