Oye...big loss to the Sens if the season is somehow saved. (Which I'd guess not)...but that sucks.

They won't know how long will recovery will take until after surgery. I wouldn't trust the out for the season comment until the team gives an update later in the week and actually states what the injury is.

Heard it was a hip flexor injury.

With a cancelled season looming, smart time to do it.

Andre Benoit would make a nice sleeper add for one-year leagues once the season gets going. This gives him a real nice chance to make the club and he is a decent offensive defenseman. Other than him, Patrick Wiercioch's value for one-year leagues also improves.
