The fact that he said he'd throw in a mid round pick or a depth dman tells you that he knows he's getting a huge edge here.

This is a classic fantasy hockey trade tactic: send a 'fair' offer and bacon wrap it so it appears that you're giving him the edge. All the while, you are secretly taking him for a ride.

Hit REJECT and accompany with the comment: I wasn't born yesterday.

I like what you're saying, but I think associating bacon-wrapping with something we should reject is the wrong way to go if you are going to educate people on how to win in fantasy hockey.

Let's call it 33% less sodium bacon then, because we all know that stuff is garbage. Makes more sense too.

Good enough for 10 among forwards with Malkin being the top guy with 150.
Thanks for the reply and explaining why Schenn is C only in your setup.

It does appear in your league that D-men who score G and A get an added bonus... Phanuef is intriging, but not for Sharp.

Schenn & Couturier are in a similar spot, good young talent, but in limited roles due to the talent in front of them on the depth chart...again not good swaps for Sharp on their own

Skinner is interesting, but after scoring 31G, 32A, 63pts and +3 his rookie year, he took a step back last season (20G, 24A, 44pts -8) and its also unclear with the additions of JStaal and Semin where Skinner will slot into the top 6....again too risky to give up Sharp for him

Lucic is probably the closest to Sharp's value, but his numbers are not as good the last 3 years and he plays in Boston where the load is so widely shared amongst the F...whereas in Chicago its very clear who the top guys are: Toews, Sharp, Kane and they get the time/opps to show it...

I'd stick with Sharp unless he has a better offer

I've got an offer on the table of:

my Duchene and Lupul
for
Schenn and Skinner.

Thoughts?
