I have Iginla. He has Callahan.

At the start of last season I traded Callahan+Gagne+2nd rounder for Iginla. Now he wants one of one. Callahan did have great season but not one for one, Iginla will always be a consistent star.

I was/am thinking of trading him for Cally straight-up. My league counts Hits and Blocked Shots... this makes Callahan more valuable.

I think this trade might happen if I pulled the trigger, but I still can't do it for three reasons:

1. I think Iginla has one more 80+ in him.
2. Iggy hits a fair amount too and typically plays a full season in terms of health.
3. The Callahan owner is a fellow Dobberite...

If the league is straight points, then Iginla is for sure your man here.

I'm assuming this is the league in your sig since you didn't specify and Iginla is in there.

No chance in HELL I'm trading Iginla for Callahan straight up. I'd be insulted by that offer if I were an Iginla owner.

Nope - Iginla still has a few good seasons left in him and worth much more than Callahan in a league without hits. That being said, even if there were hits, Iginla is not too shabby himself and still wouldn't make the deal.
