Ironically, Guillen was traded from the Chicago White Sox to Miami for prospects after the 2011 season.

I think he would be a guy that could help the Blue Jays.

He's a misunderstood guy in my view, he hasn't had that many good teams when he's managed and he's always honest with people. He would have control over the players, which is what you want with your manager.
