So I've been looking at improving my keeper team, and was thinking maybe Kassian could be a good piece of my future. What does his outlook look like to you guys? Would he be one of the 8 players worth keeping over any other?

12 team keeper, nightly starts of 3 C, 3 LW, 3 RW, 4 D, 2 Util and 2 G. Keep 8 (1 goalie and cannot be first two picks)

you keep 8, so the first question is if he would crack your top 8, to be honest, he is a weak keeper in a league that only keeps the top 96 players.

your next tier- enstrsom, subban, Ott, michalek, lupul, havlat (5, and you can keep 3)

In my eyes the next 3 to me are subban, ott and either lupul or michalek (one is bound to repeat last year). On this team i am not sure if i like kassain much more than Ott.

So if you can get him for cheap, go for it. I doubt he is a keeper on the team that has him, so it will not be expensive. If it will cost you much, i would pass.

Thanks for the reply. Our league is a keep 8 but we can't keep our first two picks (Tavares and Howard) and we can only keep one goalie (which I plan on being halak unless Lindback goes off this season)

That would make my keepers: Duchene, Eriksson, Halak and Byf (4) plus I want to keep Gardiner (had more points in his rookie season than Doughty, Chara, Karlsson.) for 5. if also keep Lupul because I don't think Michalek will repeat (6) I was also thinking of snagging Turris (maybe picking up Turris dropping Michalek as the season gets going. If I did that I could do Turris and Subban for 8. If I pass on Turris I could do Subban and maybe Enstrom, though I feel I could probably grab Enstrom pretty easily at the next draft. I do feel I would have space for one more really young keeper that might be on WW but people could have overlooked, an I thought Kassian might be the one but maybe not.
