Was all ready to throw Schwarz back in the pond (even took him off my sig below), then Angus mentions today that he reminds him of Zach Parise, and I go and read on HF that they have him as the #7 prospect in all of hockey, ahead of guys I personally like better in this format and will keep regardless (Strome, Grigs, Nyquist).
I do have 2 starting tenders though (or at worst (knock wood) 1 starter in rinne and a 1a/1b guy in Lindback), and the chief and latest beneficiary of Ken Hitchcock's system Elliott, who can hopefully even come 90% close to the peripherals he put up last year. All of which means I could axe one of my backups to make room for Schwarz since it is unlikely they will see time in my starting lineup. I have long held a hunch about Khudobin and he's finally got an opportunity this year so he stays, primarily to avoid me kicking myself in the groin when he late-blossoms. That means its Schwarz or Greiss. Neither one really do it for me for whatever reason (mostly, Schwarz's size and Greiss' blandness) but if Schwarz is all that and a bag of chips and Greiss is destined for backupsville, the choice is easy. But if people see starter material in TG and/or see Schwarz as the chief and latest victim of Ken Hitchcock's system, it gets more difficult. Who would you keep?

Ditto.....but I'd probably drop Khudobin to hang onto Greiss personally.

Schultz, for both hockey and trade value reasons. He is a popular name. To put it in perspective, I had an easier time getting Bjugstad in a sim league than I had trying to get Schwartz.

Both Bjugstad and Schwartz don't get the credit they deserve. And Bjugstad is pretty far off most people's radars.

I would also take Greiss over Khudobin simply because Greiss could dethrone Niemi much easier than Khudobin could dethrone Rask.
