Some mid-level/longshot prospect wingers I am looking at for my draft tomorrow - would really appreciate some input from the Dobber community on their rankings...

Sim league: G, A, Hits, +/- (mostly concerned with G + A)

Looking for production within the next 2-3 years. I'm thinking Conacher is the best of the bunch, but am a bit concerned regarding his size. I'm looking to pick up hopefully at least 2 or 3 of these guys to help with my farm roster. I know its a big list but could really use some input...rep as always!

To be honest not really a fan of most these prospects. But my quick top-7 would be:

Marcus Foligno (not the highest upside but you can't ignore what he's already done in NHL and will have high hits totals)
Cory Conacher (high upside but size will always be an issue for him)
Tomas Jurco (long wait but could be well worth it)
Jared Knight (I like his upside and the likelihood of reaching it though won't be scoring too many points)
Austin Watson (very good upside)
Johan Larsson (will be a good player but I don't see that high fantasy potential here)
Sebastien Collberg (long wait but very good upside)

Not really interested in the others so I won't rank them. And since you look for production within 2-3 years you can drop Jurco and Collberg from that list.

I like Foligno & Conacher mostly. Galiev would be the only other one I would draft. Depends on how deep your rosters and how long you can afford to wait for the others. I consider them 2-4 yr projects mostly.

Basically I feel like Conacher is pretty much a sure thing, same goes for Foligno.

The rest are all intriguing prospects, some being more intriguing than others.

Well Foligno went very early and I didn't pick till 40th overall, but I got:

Larsson, Conacher, Jurco and Galiev (as well as Barberio).

Watson was one I wanted but he got taken when I had him queued next. My wing prospects were very thin so I focused on that position. A lot of the guys I listed didn't get picked at all - have a few FA picks but we only keep 10 prospects.
