I have been in talks for a while, and the offer has been much bigger than this, but the real heart of it really is hall for rask. It is a dynasty, we keep everyone. I have good goalies (lundy, price and pavelec), and this would kill my LW (hall, vanek, downie, doan, matin, gerbe.... start 2, so one of them would need to be promoted to starting)

Should we go back to the trading table, or i am i just being silly even going after rask

I don't think you can afford to lose Hall from your LW. If it was stronger, I'd vote yes, but this time, it's a no. As you said, you are strong at G as it is....keep the young Hall and reap the benefits for the next decade...

Agree. With your goaltending there isn't much of a point swapping a forward for a goalie. If you can package a goalie/forward for a goalie upgrade, I would sign off on that. Keep Hall.

the trade itself is a good deal but you dont need a goalie and you need lw's. so unless your planning on trading rask or another goalie for a lw upgrade on hall id pass.
