That one seals it for me. I know he would regularly be on your but could have the potential of starting depending on matchups....but Neal is a guaranteed starter week in, week out. He might be one of the few players that you would feel ok starting with only two games per week.

I am going to try and do this deal after reading your thoughts. No one has brought it up, but I think Lehner is a great 3rd goalie in my mind. He can sit on my bench (like Holtby did) until he gets an opportunity.
