OeL because i think he's about to become the next young stud dman. He's already passed Yandle on Phoenix's depth charts and still has plenty of time to mature further.

Big fan of his. That being said, it would help if Phoenix had some elite scorers to help with his production.

OEL - I see him being very close to the top scorer on the yotes team very soon.

OEL, elite elite defensive ability based on last season + 13 goals. I think people need to be careful with Rielly, he lost part of a year with development cos he was injured most of last season and we haven't seen him enough. Plus Gardiner got lots of TOI on a below avg team defensively. OEL was the best dman by the end of the season on one of the best defensive teams in the league.

Rielly has the most upside, but he's also the furthest away and much more unproven.

Go with OEL - safer bet.

I currently place Gardiner as the most overrated fantasy dman in recent memory.

OEL for sure.

I'm not overly high on Gardiner and Rielly is too far away (as already mentioned).

OEL and its not even close. Already excelling in the NHL.

Gardiner has some tools in his box but hasn't proven himself like OEL.

Rielly hasn't even played a game yet.

To me it's OEL without thinking twice. He is just so damn good everywhere on the ice. He's the stud that is already getting it done.

Game-set-match! Another win for OEL 40-Love.

OEL by a mile. Gardiner 2nd, Rielly a distant 3rd.

OEL does have some steady competition in Yandle who I thought was a beast for the Yotes in the playoffs. Not sure OEL passes him in the depth charts just yet as some have mentioned.
