which of these two should i start with in my non-ppr league? scoring settings below:

I don't think either one is a "bad" start, but until he has a bad game, I think Matt Ryan is a must start in every format. I like RG3 (a lot), but he's still a rookie, and a bumpy game is almost certain to happen.

As a side thought, have you thought about shopping one of them? You should get a nice return.... and unless its a 2 QB league, you don't need em both.

Seeing how your league rewards 6 points for both passing and rushing td's. rg3 doesnt really have any advantage. Give me Ryan
