All the experts over at Yahoo seem to be behind Cutler. With a new (old) )-coordinator and Brandon Marshall at his disposal, I can understand why.

However, I have a hard time benching a potential explosive player like Vick. Those rush yards and TDs can sure come in handy. Sure, he's got the Ravens but this is Vick for crying out loud!


Also, after losing to my 49ers at hoke last week, something tells me the Pack will be playing with a chip on their shoulders tonight.

My plan at this point is to stick with Vick. Anyone care to tell me why I'm right, or why I'm nuts??

My all time favourites:

Cutler all the way. 1) Vick isn't running so the explosive hope is just that until he starts running. 2) He hasn't really had any pre-season game action, so I don't expect to see the real Michael for a couple more games. Maclin may not play with that hip flexor. Even if he does, he'll be compromised, which makes it harder for DeSean. Before Vick ever gets much of anything in the ground, when he actualky does start runninh, it won't be much to get excited about as long as Shady is there to take a hand off.

Also, GMs secondary is bad. Cutler's receivers are good. You coukdn't pay me to take Vick over Cutler this week.

Last week I benched AP, this week I started Cutler....I think the lesson here is to trust your gut.

Don't be so hard on yourself. There's no exact science to it. Cutler looked awful, but that was because GBs defense played great. I don't think the Pack was at their best offensively - Jennjngs didn't play. Nelson didn't do much. They did run Benson, though. And Rodgers didn't have a Rodgers like game. Forte getting injured did the Bears no favor either.

I'm curious to see what Vick does this week. Lord knows, if I were in your shoes, there's no way I would have started him, coming off of a 4 pick performance against Cleveland who is a horrid NFL team over Cutler who's Bears played well last week. If anything, we learned that: THE BEARS ARE not WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE! LOL. Sorry. Just trying to lighten up a dark fantasy outcome.
