What are your thoughts on him, both for the upcoming season and longterm? I'm considering dropping him in my dynasty league in order to pick up a 7th d-man (we start 6). Does his upside make him worth keeping around? The league counts all of the typical stats including hits and blocks. Thanks for your thoughts.

even without taking my bias against boston players into account i'd cut him lose for a 7th d. the situation on the bruins depth charts simply isn't favorable for caron at the moment. additionally, the guy who most see being the next young guy to step it up on that team is khoklachev. sometimes guys just get lost in the bustle. that's caron imo

I'd let him go and secure my 7th D if I were you. Dude is stuck on a deep roster. Guys like Spooner and Knight will be pushing for time soon enough. Granted, he's a PF, but so is Lucic who is still fairly young.
