Need to drop one of these two. Looking for thoughts on who you think is a better keeper short and long term.
Keeper pool categories: G, A, Pts, +/-, PPP Thanks for any feedback. |

i'd go with E Kane
Kane will have better G A, PTS, +/- JStaal will have more PPP |

I would keep Jordan Staal. He finished the last 40 games in Pitts producing at a pt per game. This year playing with Eric and Semin he will be a solid top producer in my opinion. While Kane is solid with great upside I thin Jordan is the stronger player with better long term upside and definetly higher potential this coming season.
Tough to have to leave one of those guys behind. |

E.Kane is trending upward but I would hate to cut bait with J.Staal before I get to see if he can perform some brotherly magic in Carolina. Toss up, but I cut Kaner.

Assuming it's just straight forward designation...
I'd keep Kane. I just like how he's a lock to be a first line/first PP unit/ton of quality minutes type of player just because of how good he is offensively. |

tough choice there!
i really like JStaal, but sometimes the trade experiments dont work (see JCarter in CLB). For this reason i like keeping EKane on this one, you know his output and situation. |

Tough choice but I'd drop Kane and keep Staal.

I like both players a lot, and like fungchen says, it would be a shame to lose Staal before we see what he can do in Carolina, but I would keep E.Kane. Too much upside, and there are no roadblocks for him in WPG.

Those are two pretty good players you got there, is there anyway you can trade them both for a better player?
