I think it depends on if AP is playing and if he is to what capacity (of course it sounds like we won't know until Sunday so this might not help much).

If AP is playing:

Green-Ellis
Wells
New England

If AP is not playing:

Green-Ellis
Gerhart
New England

I think both of your DEFs will be much better this season but I'm taking NE's because there opponent is weaker

STart your studs week one. And most weeks for that matter.

Whoever you drafted first, so long as they are not injured, is who you should start.

OP: Gerhart and Patriots. They will not be rushing AP in there....and I dont understand why people would want to start Ben Jarvus vs the ravens. Not a good matchup.

Burgundy:
QB is tricky, but Romo could end up in a shootout, and this is probably one of few games where he has both Austin and Bryant as receivers. You know one will get injured and the other one arrested soon enough.

RB: You are spot on. Not even close imo.

WR: The Broncos secondary sucks, but Nicks is a stud...and it might be a shootout. Go with Nicks instead of Brown.

Gerhart and Wells at RB.

Thoughts:

I expect the Steelers to pass, and then there's Dwyer, who has played like a man and should take snaps from Redman. He could very well unseat Redman. Ellis against B'more = say no more. AP isn't playing. And if he does, he won't get many snaps. Wells is healthy, which is a good thing, so take advantage if that. Besides, Az's QBs have olayed like CRAP the entire oreseason. Their third stringer has a higher comoletion % than Kolb or Skelton. I'd imagine AZ leans in the run here to ensure they have some offensive sync, which has not been the case so far thus preseason.

Dallas defense over NE's.

Thoughts:

NE faces a healthy CJ + a running QB in Locker + speedy WRs - Washington and Wright will be a headache for NE. With Dallas you have a healthy Demarcus Ware as well as secondary additions: Carr and Clayborne. I know Clayborne is a rookie, but he's a highly touted one who has been matched up against Bryant in practice. Also, Nicks, who is said to be healthy, rested the other day with a sore foot. I anticipate that he won't come out of the gate strong. If there was ever a time not to fear the Giants offense, it would be early on before they hit mid-season form. Most importantly, this is a DIVISIONAL game, which I I believe neutralizes home field advantage. They also tend to be close, low-scoring affairs because of FAMILIARITY.

Hey Ron Burgundy, not trying to be rude but start your own thread..

MoJo at MIN

WR
Marshall vs IND
A. Brown at DEN

Nicks vs DAL
Floyd at OAK

Bolded are the starters I have in line but thinking that Cutler might be a better option and Nicks might have a better week than Brown. Thoughts?

You'll notice I also have a conundrum with 3 top RBs and only 2 RB spots (no flex). I'll need to trade one of them so might wait until MoJo has his...mojo back and try to snag an upgrade at WR or TE.

edit: Should we have one catch-all thread per week for lineup questions?

I think I made my thread name too generic. I'll take fault for this one.
Perhaps a mod could help him break it into a new thread.
