Seems like a whole lot to give up for Perry. I mean if it was a very limited keeper I could see it being a good deal to narrow down your list of possible keepers but in a large league like this giving up guys like Stastny and Green aren't just write offs.

Due to me giving up the additional player, it means I can keep someone like Scheifele on my roster for a long term keeper. Next year we start 2 prospect roster spots, and I can stash him there.

This is his first offer, so I think I can squeeze more, but would you be interested in this deal for Perry?

Nope I wouldn't be interested in this deal - you have a young team so those pick upgrades aren't all that interesting - your normal picks will be adequate to fill out those prospect spots. You are giving up production for a debatable upgrade in Perry in a points league. If this was a multicat league then you have something to talk about but you are not.

I think in a points only league, Perry loses a lot of his luster. Eriksson is as steady as they come and Stats has all the tools to produce as well. The dark horse here is Green, if he stays healthy no reason he won't produce. As much as I love Perry, I'd probably pass on this offer as it stands today. In a multi cat league he's a stud and I'd be thinking differently.
