I'm targeting Bryzgalov, but the owner knows he should bounce back.

So looking at my team 1 roster, who should I use to trade for him?

I don't know if he wants a goalie back so I think it's best to look at this with both types of trades.

Guys I would target include Thornton, Pavelec, Thomas, Carlson, Kulikov.

I'd try to ship a package of 2 of the above for Bryz. Try to consolidate your mid-tier players in a package. Unless he's an idiot, it will probably cost someone of Thornton's calibre.

It definitely helps to see the other GM's team to best orchestrate a deal...but I much like blaze said, I'd look to package Thornton and Pavalec and maybe Carlson and see if you can get a RW eligible player in addition to Bryz.

Thornton is still considered an elite Centre and Pavalec is a quality up and coming G. I'd he needs a Does...throw in Carlson and beef him up as the Real #1 D in Washington due to Greens injury risk and declining production.

Going to be difficult to draft a quality RW in the draft and you have all you success riding on Seguin alone.

Yeah, it's a keeper, but it's limited. This year it's keep 8 skaters and 2 goalies.

His team has very few keepers.

His keepers in my mind would be: Daniel Sedin, Zetterberg, Kesler, Doan, Franzen, Sharp, maybe Gonchar. And his goalies right now are Bryz, Theodore, Elliot, and Niemi.

His team is pretty old, he must like the expeirenced players. He will need a goalie coming back as the other ones he has arent all that great. You should try with Thornton and Hiller and maybe throw in Carlson and have a draft pick come back as well?

Sadly we don't do draft picks. I sent him an off of Thornton, Roy, and Pavelec.

He's a redwings fan and had Lidstrom, so that just decimated his D core, so I have even offered him Thornton, Phaneuf, and Pavelec, but he didn't respond in time lol.

His team is a bit long in the tooth.. I would convince him to rebuild because well he should and it would also lower Bryz's price probably..

Carlson and E. Kane for Bryz?

Kane is a lot but he's not proven and you have plenty of good young scoring that you don't need Kane...

I would then use your extra keeper to keep Kulikov.. very good multi cat defenseman

So the deal would moreless be

Bryz + Kulikov for Kane + Carlson.. I like that deal for you since you need a goalie.
