You know, ask again 2 days before your draft for the best list - I'll get one of the guys to put up an article about it for the front page later this week (or I'll do it myself)

Good question, very good update needed on this one

Thankyou soooooo much Dyv.. My draft is the Monday of the long weekend.. I definitely need a updated list going into my draft..

1)I'm also wondering about guys like Gore and Forte, they are slipping in every draft..

2)And why is Matt Schaub and Owen Daniels being taken so late??

3)Also whats with MJD and Wallace, are they going to report soon?? Who else is sitting out right now and awaiting a new deal??

MJD take in the 2nd round with confidence, he'll be playing soon.

Wallace is reporting in the next day or so, he's a good WR, take him as a solid #2 WR for any team - around WR #17-18 value, so steal him as the 20th+ guy off the board

Schaub is solidly mid-level and makes a good bottom #1 or backup - he shouldn't be considered a stud or any kind of early pick.

Owen Daniels hasn't show much this offseason. I like him about TE#10 off the board

Gore is looking old, Forte dropping is stupid of people - he's a great late first round pick IMO and arguably as high as #6 overall (#7?)

Do you see Turner having a horrible year??

And where would you rank C.Johnson as far as RB's go??

I like Turner as RB #12-13 this year. I think what he loses in rushing yards he'll make up in receiving yards in this 'new' offense. He's still the goal line guy and none of the other RB behind him impress me at all. I think he's still the man. Take him as the #18-19 RB off the board, though - don't buy him at #12-13, that's just hoping to break even and not good strategy. Turner as the #18 guy off the board leaves you with fair value if he only produces 1100 yards and 7 TD's and amazing value if he goes more like the 1300 yards and 9 TD I'm expecting (rushing and receiving together)

Chris Johnson is #8 on my personal overall draft list - happy to get him late first round, but I won't reach for him under any conditions and I'd much rather take him at #10-#11 if that's my draft slot. He's right there in value for me with Forte and DeMarco Murray as 2nd tier, but very good RB's.

For this year's draft I've basically made up my mind I want stud RB, TE and QB early and I'm going to gamble on a whole box of RB from rounds 6-12.

Perfect draft for me would be late first round pick, snag a stud QB, 2nd round take a stud WR, 3rd round and 4th round take another WR and a TE depending on who's there. 5th round another WR unless one of my top tier RB were to be falling (Turner here would be amazing, for example) and then the picks 6-12 I load up on 1 more WR and 5 RB.

Of course this all goes out the window if I can land a stud like MJD in the mid 2nd round or if all the QB I want (Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Stafford, Newton) go too early and I can't get one in the 3rd.

Still, the value for me, after the top RB, is clearly those stud WR who you can bank for 85+ receptions.

Dalton hurt himself tonight. Not sure of the extent.
