I think being able to replace an injured player is a must.....normal trades or waivers I don't think we really need in this pool. But if you've got a player out long-term we should be able to replace him.....I like the idea of not being able to pick the player back up once he returns like Bookoz mentioned.

I don't like only one injury replacement all season though....if you get 4 guys hurt, you should be able to replace all of them.

As I say this I see that of course Dylan Wruck is out injured. Awesome....
