Apparently Adolf Hitler also had one testicle.

It was fun to watch the words and apply them to Lance Armstrongs doping situation!!

It was never a matter of being sure he didn't use PEDs, it was a matter of wanting to see a clean process. It's the timing and evidence that seems funny. 6 to 10 years after the fact, the evidence is primarily composed of people who were first in trouble before they decided to roll over on L.A.

Yeah, I don't doubt he's a dbag, and I don't doubt he probably used some PEDs, but the nature of the investigation and process thereof was particularly troubling all the way through.

Money is what wins in beating all those drug tests. See Marion Jones never tested positive, But was caught 5 yrs later when her husband Tim Montgomery was busted for PEDs.

Anyways, the bigger scandal is the NFL gorillas who likely 80% or more juice up. People's dont usually tear their triceps and pectoral muscles unless on steroids.

I'm kinda surprised by some of the posters who think they should just leave him alone and that no real harm was done.

Why condone cheating? Is there a time limit? Pete Rose must be counting the seconds until he's in the baseball hall of fame if that's the case.

Friends of mine used to argue that using PED's was fine because every other athlete had the chance to do them as well. Horrible argument as most athlete's would not want to permanently shorten their lives for the sake of a "win".

The next argument they had was how the hell did taking PED's help a baseball player hit a ball. Picture an average player that hits 20 HR's a season. But he also flied out to the warning track another 20 times. After juicing perhaps 10-15 of those long fly balls clear the fence now. Now the kid is in the all-star game and getting the endorsements ahead of player x who played by the rules. It's a slippery slope and any and all cheaters should be thrown out, suspended, and stripped of gold medals and/or tour de France victories.

A long time ago I watched Ben Johnson break the WR and beat Carl Lewis for the 100M gold. I was a proud Canadian and enjoyed every second of it. When it was proven that he cheated I was disappointed. However I completely agree with stripping him of his medal. I just wish 1/2 the runners in that field weren't cheating as well.

Cheers.
