I'm trying to decide on who to keep, here are the ones i'm considering

Ilya Kovalchuk
Eric Staal
Derek Stepan
Alex Pietrangelo
Pikka Rinne
Alexander Edler

Tyler Ennis
Mikko Koivu
Duncan Keith
Mikka Kiprusoff

Looking for others opinion

I'd have Mikko ahead of Henrique and Stepan

I think you have it right from a salary, upside and producing NOW prospective. Mikko and Keith are solid, but I'd imagine their cap hit isn't worth it, especially when you have younger players that wilk put up similar or better numbers than them.

Koivu is probably not worth his cap hit.

I'd consider Ennis over Henrique/Stepan but I may be in the minority there. Overall it looks good.

I'd keep Stepan. I know Ennis is on the first line, but I don't think there's a guarantee that it stays that way forever.

Give me the talent Stepan will be playing with on the Rangers.

The cap will play such a huge role in this decision but I'm not sold on Henrique or Stepan as a keeper.

If you have the cap space Koivu is a no brainer but if not I still like Ennis better than Henrique and about equally as much as Stepan

Ennis hasn't signed yet, but his contract should be reasonable. (Sam Gagner 1 yr $3.2M should be a good comparable)

Stepan, Pietrangelo and Edler will be in the final year of their current contracts. Don't know how much that will factor in your decision.
