Any thoughts are appreciated as my football knowledge isn't great, but I do know players well and I follow the NFL regularly.

This is pretty darn solid. Your running backs are good and Brees is locked up for awhile and should stay at the top tier.

49ers actually surprised with having solid defense last year and was one of the best. I think they'll be up there again.

I don't know much about kickers, but they don't score you that much.

Same goes for TEs. I only know of a few of them and that's because of playoffs, so I can't really say there.

Crabtree could be really good for you down the road as he started to get real good after all the struggles with his contract and all.

I think the only thing I'd work hard on is trading Fitz for the best RB you can find. I really don't like Fitz this year with (nobody) throwing to him in Arizona. He's an absolute stud, but he can't throw the ball to himself. He's a top 10-15 WR but people seem to think he's the consensus #2 superstar and at that value I'd FAR rather have MJD. If you can't get a top 5-6 RB then keep him for now. You have tons of WR who are usable/good starters and your RB are very thin. I think you'd also be very very wise to get Mike Goodson, RB, OAK for cheap.

Oh, and you're going to need a TE for a bit - Witten had spleen surgery and will be out or be less than 100% for the first few games. Don't overpay - maybe someone on waivers like Jordan Cameron, CLE or John Phillips (Witten's probable backup)

I like your team, anytime you have Brees on your team you have a shot. I dont like your RB's all that much so you may want to try to upgrade them. You usually can find a "surprise back" on the waiver wire after the first couple of weeks. You can try to trade Fitz but treat him like a top 3 WR in trade talks because if you dont get a top 5 back in return then dont trade him. You need a TE until Witten comes back, do have have an IR slot?
You have a solid K and a great D. you should content this year, Good job!

I'm really liking your team. I think Moore and Smith on your bench will take the next step and have great years. Brees is a stud. 49ers D is awesome. Kicker who cares lol. Wideouts are fairly solid too - each of their situations are a little cloudy though....Djax - which one will we see? Johnson - will his injury nag him throughout the year? Fitz - will he have anyone to throw him the ball? For RB's you're stacked. Those guys could potentially finish 1-2 at year's end. Also, I noticed you have Witten who has a lacerated spleen so you should definitely get another TE. I know Witten said he's "hopeful" to be ready for the season opener, but nonetheless lacerated spleens are crap injuries so I'd get an insurance policy there.

Brees is a big Q to me with Bountygate. I think it will affect that team more than some people expect. He'll still probably fall within or just outside of the top 5 in the league, though.

Love McCoy, he's a stud and Decker is poised for a big year.

McFAdden has never played a full season.
DeSean and STevie J are both wired a bit weird, but they will have decent games. I would look to deal Stevie after he has a couple big games as he has a tendency to slow down (Buf weather is part of it)

Crabtree and Bowe could go either way. They have all the talent in the world, just not the best QBs.
