I'd keep what you have on the surface. Paul has been dominant. Besides, not that this is perfect rationale on my part, but when you're unsure, you can always look at the deal like the other GM rather have your two players than his two. Otherwise, he wouldn't be making this offer. Perhaps, you should want your two as well. If you're unsure, maybe he needs to kick in more to make you sure. ;-)
