Who to take in a standard scoring 5 keeper league, 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1FLEX (0.5 PT PPR).

I can trade for any of these guys right now for picks in 2012.


I like Decker and Lloyds huge upside. Gates and Maclin are steady but injury prone. Spiller as my RB3 is nice too. I'm torn.

I like Lloyd's potential to have a nice year. I also like Decker to be a nice PPR option too. But their situations rely too much on others performance. You can do a lot better than Spiller as your number 3 RB.

Even without all of the above I would still choose Maclin. The guy had some rough luck with his health last year but supposedly looks great. He's the Eagles best WR and Vick knows it. This guy has a serious shot at the top 10 this year in a ppr.

Lloyd is fine, just injury prone - the other 2 are a tier above for sure.
Spiller is good for 2013 on, but for 2012 I think he'll split so much with Freddie that both their values are too high in current ADP's

Gates would make a pretty good top 5 TE for you but obviously at his age this isn't a keeper player.

Maclin would be my choice. Lloyd is attractive, but you don't know how many targets he'll see with Gronk and Welker. You do know what you're getting production wise with Mac. Out of all the names, he is in by far the most explosive offende, and he happens to be a productive kog. Shady and Jackson will open things up for him.
