Good luck Dubi...
The reason for this massive fail is because both players are shooters. Most didnt think this was going to work based on that alone.

Chances are you will see Duby line up with Atkinson (who everyone seems high on) and either Brassard or Anisimov on the top line.

Personally I like Duby here. Briere isnt a spring chicken anymore and I see his numbers on the decline. Duby on the other hand will get top billing on a team that most consider crap, but I think they worth watching.

Others have already mentioned is hits and PIMs. I think his points will be pretty damn close to Brieres to be honest. I'd be shocked if Briere had more then 10 more points then him at seasons end.

I would go with Dubinsky.

My vote goes to Briere. I think he's still got another good season left in him and will put up points on a offensively minded Philly team.

Maybe the best argument for Briere so far.

Undoubtedly briere is coming off the table before Dubi in almost all drafts.
That said, perhaps the argument is really about percieved value vs. actual value. Almost everyone has Briere ranked higher than dubi, but if their point totals are 55 and 45 respectively at the seasons end it's tough to argue in Briere's favor i think.

Also dropping Briere back to the pool could push a better pick down the list that I could then grab.

still undecided......
