With the healthy bonus for D scoring in your league and the fact you are in win now mode I think Schultz is the choice. I dont expect Galchenyuk to stick with the Habs this season, he will likely play 9 games and then back to junior as he missed almost all of last season so the earliest you will see a return on him is 2013-2014 in my opinion. On the other hand Schultz is walking into a great situation in Edmonton where he should get some prime minutes right off the bat. Schultz will give you more in the short term. I really like Galchenyuk and think he will be a stud but given your setup and your need for help in the short-term I think you have to go with Schultz.

Both are great prospects so you can't really go wrong. I agree with what WC17 has said.

Murray should not be a top 2 pick even with the bonus for D scoring

Assuming since these are "prospects" that you don't need production immediately

I'd go:

Yakupov
Galchenyuk
Schultz
Rielly
Grigorenko
Then Murray

Agreed, there's no way I'm passing up Galchenyuk if he's available at that spot.

Yes, because I'm sure you can trade for a D or take another D prospect later on to fill that need.

I think your best bet is to pick Galchenyuk, I wouldn't pass him up here.

Take Galchenyuk my friend.. Even though you do have a need for d-men on your roster, taking Murray over Galchenyuk is just plain silly and really won't help your cause anymore then the spot you are in now..

Take the best PLAYER available..

I would still take Galchenyuk over Schultz.. Take the best player available, and I feel Galchenyuk is the best player available after Yakupov for fantasy leagues..
