Ovechkin's value is relatively low lately though with the hope of him bouncing back next year I have generated some interest in him.

Absolutely not, that is a poor offer and there is no way you should accept. Ovechkin's trade value is at an all-time low, so his isn't a good time to deal him since his value should only increase moving forward.

Stastny hasn't exactly set the league ablaze either, and although Chara is great to have in your league's format, you shouldn't take this deal. Not even close in my opinion.

Roto league that includes SOG and HITS - do not give up Ovechkin unless you are getting an elite back or two near elite players that improve your depth and/or specific weaknesses.

He is elite in this setup even if his offensive production is a step below the top players. If he goes higher, he might be the most valuable player in this setup.

What you were offered is nowhere near close enough for Ovechkin. His value is low and the offer reflects that. Don't sell him low.

If I were to trade OV I would be asking for a point per game player who is young, plus a strong D, plus a prospect, plus some picks.
He is extremely valuable even when he only scores 65pts. The fact that he has the potential to score 100+pts makes him all the more valuable.
