16 team keeper league, protect 12 each year and 4 draft picks alloted each season. Points only h2h. I had the first overall pick in our inaugural draft 3 seasons ago and I chose the great 8. It was very hard for me to part with him as I still believe he has it in him to return to his former 100 pt+ self, However, I was offered Eric staal, Jordan eberle, and 2 first round picks one in the upcoming season and one in the next. I was hesitant but believe i got good value. Just curious as to what everyone elses thoughts are on trading ovechkin. My starting roster looks likes this, also note that we start 6fwds 3 d and 1g each week.

I like the return you got. Back in December, in the second league in my signature I traded Ovechkin, Hiller, Grabovski, a 2012 1st rounder and got Spezza, Benn, Pominville, and Lundqvist in return.

With his value at an all time low, you got a very good return for him. I'm not sure he's got anything motivating him right now, seems to be living it up since he got his first big contract post entry level. Will Oates be the answer? I would project an 80-85 point season for him this year, which Eberle will match. Nice deal for you.

Thats a deadly return, My biggest downfall has always been my goaltending. Hiller is a lock for 70 starts hopefully anh can string together some more wins this year.
