Hello Flanders: My take, for what it is worth, considering the events of yesterday.
Gagne Michalek Williams Dumont Demitra I think that all of these guys could put up at least 70 point. Gagne: He will be very motivated considering all of the change. Michalek: Playing with Joe Thornton and Cheechoo. They will only get better. Especially if Cheechoo can stay healthy. Williams: Carolina had their post Stanley Cup slump. They will be better this year. I think that Williams could get 40 goals this year. With Kariya gone to St. Louis there is a strong likelihood that Dumont could become the #1 left winger. He played on a line with Jason Arnott and the ordinary superstar, Radulov, who got little playing time. Radulov is going to get more playing time. If that line was to remain together, and become the #1 line, then Dumont will get more points. Dumont also gets pp time. With the dumping of salary, Dumont\'s role will be more significant. Demitra: If Gaborik can stay healthy then Demitra\'s points should go up. |
