was offered Bautista/Hosmer for my Dunn/Heyward.

I would slot hosmer or rizzo at 1b and replace heyward wtih bautista..

Myself I'd take that for sure, Dunn is so hit or miss (literally) that I'd rather have a young moustakas and Joey bats over heyward anyday. He's hurt now but on his way to being the hr champ again.
