Is he worth it?

There's not a whole lot to cheer about in the NO. I was there a few years ago and it's half tenements. Katrina will never be overcome, but the Saints helped people forget. I think that with Bountygate putting such a stain on the team, it was probably important for them to keep the positive face on the franchise. If you're Brees, wouldn't you have been thinking maybe it's time to bounce while the chips are so down?

But no, no one is worth 40 million for one year. If I'm Brees I'm fairly cheerful.
