I'd say avoid him... Primarily because he plays in a division against three tough opponents but also because the Jays are very thin on SP. He has almost no Pitching Protection, so the opposition can spend 90% of their prep time to focus on him. FYI, I do take credit for inventing the term Pitching Protection back in 2007

I only have him in one league and I'm going to drop him very soon.

He's struggling mentally and he has poor mechanics.

I would definitely pick him up. Bench him a few games, but he is too good not to rebound.

Now he's been dropped in my league and I'm not even sure if he's worthwhile. I think I'll use my waiver 10 spot on him.

I would let him go at this point. I held onto to him after I originally posted for a couple of solid starts but after that I let him go. He has 6 STRAIGHT losses.....like actual losses.
