Default Garrison Trade! Help

Should I sell high on Jason Garrison in my 30 team full keeper league?
salaries are involved so he's also due for what could be a big raise.
G/A/plusminus/PPG/PIM/GWG

I was thinking maybe J.Garrison for Tom Gilbert
buy low, sell high?
or is Garrison legit

thanks a lot!!

Yeah I would probably do that - think Gilbert is going to get lots of PP time whereas Garrison is stuck behind Campbell and Kulikov. Not sure that Garrison will realize the 4M that Gilbert gets but could be close.

Don't see Garrison progressing much offensively over what he has done this last season, but Gilbert should get lots of opportunity.

sell high, as stated above he is on 2nd pp on FLa with 2 pretty good players ahead of him and I think Gilbert is in a good situation in Edm.

2/27/2012 Minnesota Wild traded Nick Schultz to the Edmonton Oilers for Tom Gilbert.

Sorry man.

I don't think trading him for Gilbert counts as "selling high." He's not really an offensive D-man, though, just a guy with a big shot. Move him if you can get more for him.

Yup, read something in detail about Gilbert just lately but can't remember the source - the opportunity will be there - up to him if he does something with it.

I would wait and see where he signs. He could end up on the first PP somewhere else.

With a massive cap hit. He's a solid D-man and will absolutely get 4-5M, but he's just not worth it in fantasy hockey.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Garrison ends up in Vancouver. I can't imagine they have any interest in retaining Salo so the $2 million he was paid last season is available, as is the cap they will save when they trade Luongo.
