Sanguinetti\'s got spectacular offensive instincts but struggles in his own zone. That\'ll get him through the OHL but no farther, especially after going a team-worst -16 this season. His skating\'s good enough to get by if he can be at least mediocre defensively. Potential PP quarterback.

Vishnevskiy\'s in a similar situation... potential successor to Zubov but still needs to come along defensively. He\'s better than Sanguinetti in his own zone but still not there yet.

I think they each have at least a couple of years before they become regular NHL\'ers.

I did I did Dobber. Just asking all the dobber\'ites out there.. Just feeling things out.. They seem to be far from cracking an NHL roster. I just wanted to see if anybody had some \"inside\" information on them.

hi guys,

I own Ivan in my keeper league, and I also had conserns about him. he isent a big player and he tends to avoid contact. I dont see a Zubov but a potentiel andrei Markov that I can agree with. I saw him play once in Quebec and i really liked what i saw, personnaly being in Dallas i think he at least 3 years away, unless dallas creates room for him. He still lookes fragile. this is my opinion

thanks

I also own Vishnevskiy. After I saw him play a few times(and after getting a lot of notes on him from my friend in Gatineau who\'s a season ticket holder), I saw enough I liked to put him high on my draft list.
First impression:
\"The kid can skate and pass!\"
Second impression:
\"He\'s really good on his feet. Fast, agile, and while he\'s sometimes caught out of position, he isn\'t giving the other teams huge chances. Just a bunch of minor slips in his positioning.\"
Final Impression:

Great on his feet, has great offensive instincts, can get caught out of place on occasion but is FAR from being a Delmore clone. A few more years of work and he\'ll be incredibly solid in all aspects. I wouldn\'t be surprised if he takes a lot of time outside of the PPQB spot next season, and spends more on the defensive side to get more of a handle on things. He\'s fairly weak there, but isn\'t anywhere close to atrocious. 3 years minimum until he\'s ready. I think 4 until he grabs a 5 or 6 spot, and then he\'ll quickly move up in the ranks. He could be more though.

I can wait. :P In my opinion, he\'s like one of those gold nuggets in a cave wall that\'s much larger than it seems. Takes a long time to dig out, but once you have it, you know it\'s been worth the effort.
