Yea, Larsson is no slouch either and I think he'll be there in 2 years as well as Brodin.

Add Granlund, Larsson, Brodin, and Coyle to the mix and you have a much different lineup. Zucker isn't far off either...

In a few years, assuming no FA signings and no major trades (obviously one/both of these will probably happen I could see a lineup something like:

Heatley - Koivu - Setoguchi
PMB - Granlund - Coyle
Larsson - Brodziak - Clutterbuck
Zucker - Cullen - Powe

Brodin - Gilbert
Scandella - Spurgeon
Kampfer - Stoner

Backstrom
Hackett

I could make the argument they only need 2, but either way it doesn't support your argument for Granlund going 1st.

Coyle could if he plays kind of like Clowe. He's not worthy to be a number 1, but could be the right piece to fit in up there to help out that line to have a gritty forward. Kind of like Hartnell, who I think is a 2nd liner on his own, but because of how well he compliments others, he's a 1st liner.
