PK Subban has one glaring weakness, maturity. One never knows how this evolves. Some people grow up in 10 years. Some people in 20. Most people with in 30. Some never grow up. Celebrity status isn't necessarily a good environment to polish maturity. Should he bond with the right personality, an evolution may advance more rapidly. Unfortunately, Montreal isn't loaded with these. He would benefit by having a strong wife.

So, on the assumption that he matures and has a long, strong career. We'll slowly see his colourful exploit diminish. His points would stabilize. His consistency increase. His PM drop into the 50-80 range. His hits drop to the 100 range. Simply put, he'll not pop his top and pick his moments far more consistently. He'll not strive to be everything to everyone all the time. This player will exceed 50 points regularly. Big, strong, fast, skilled and calculated. He'd also make $5.0 to $7.0M a year.

The flip side is more bad decisions, possibly visits to the press box, unnecessary fights with everyone, colourful blow outs, multiple teams, the potential of significant off ice stress, millions of $$$ in lost wages and us bozo's in Fantasy talking about what might have been.

I believe it's the man inside that will determine whether he's a Hall-of-Famer, or a journeyman. With his incredible skill set, he'll get many chances. It's more common that a player continue on his current path, than make the adjustments...

Oh, and I do have him on one of my two Fantasy teams! I'll likely trade him though.
