Default TSN pool strategy

So with TSNs playoff pool, few office buddies went with this one, you can reset your roster after each round but you're locked in with the same lineup for the conference finals and Stanley cup finals ... So what's he approach for this scenario, pick the 2 conference winners and load up with their players (hoping not to pick wrong) or split four ways and suck up the losses in the finals?

Either way with the latter only two goalie spots. Points only for players, 4 D and 6 F.

If going with the first option, who are your winners? Gut says NYR and LA.

are you sure that you cant re-adjust rosters after the conference finals ?

I was adjusting my roster this morning and wondered to myself why the standings page had 3 columns .One for round 1 , one for round 2 and one for the conf finals/cup finals combined.

but when I looked at the top of that chart it says you can reset lineups after ''each'' round .

wouldnt the end of the conf finals be considered a round ?

looks like you are correct

Roster Lock Periods
Roster slots lock individually before the start of each playoff round. The first lock is at the start of the first playoff game and you can change the players around as often as you like up until this time. After the the first round, or Conference Quarter-final round, is completed, you will be able to select a new roster for the second, or Conference Semi-final, round. After the conference semi-finals are completed, you will again be able to select a new roster if you wish. This is the last roster change period available as the roster you have set for the Conference Championship games is frozen for the remainder of the playoffs (i.e. including the Stanley Cup Finals). The roster change periods are listed below:

Period #1 (Conference Quarter-finals): Game launch (March 27th) until the start of the first game of the Conference Quarter-final round (time TBD)
Period #2 (Conference Semi-finals): Shortly after the Conference Quarter-final games are completed until the start of the first game of the Conference Semi-final round (time TBD)
Period #3 (Conference Championships): Shortly after the Conference Semi-final games are completed until the start of the first game of the Conference Championship (time TBD). This is the final roster lock.

Now to figure out how I approach this damn thing, sitting in 5th about 8pts back.

As of now thinking of splitting my roster 50/50 with NYR and LA players.
