i just trade Ian kennedy and hellickson for lincecum and wainright in my keeper league. What does everyone think

I think ya did well. Lincecum is a premier SP and so is Wainright. It may take him a year or so to really get back into ace status coming of the surgery, but both these SP are upgrades over Kennedy / Hellickson.
