Right now my SS is Scutaro. I was really looking to draft Gordon but he got took right before me. He asked me about Cueto when i was yelling at him about taking my guy. Would this trade be even?

Another vote for yes. I always liked Minor's stuff and Gordon is an upgrade over Scutaro.
