To me:
Evan Longoria, Clayton Kershaw

I countered to him without Ramirez in it, so the 2 for 2 deal. Is it worth it for me? I will not be in contention this season.

Absolutely! No doubt about it you get the young studs.

Even with Ramirez in it I'd still make that deal if you're rebuilding.

Longo is almost worth A-Roid right now, and Kershaw is one the best young SP's in the game!

So if he rejects/counters I should just offer the deal he originally sent me? Or put Ortiz in?

You should feel shame for not accepting the deal in the first place. Beg him to take Ortiz.

In almost every league I'm in it is damn near impossible to get another owner to trade Longo and trust me I've tried.

The fact that he has offered Long makes me think he's an A-Rod fan, please do find a way to get him to accept the trade.

I'd accept the trade as he proposed before he gets frustrated at a counter offer and backs out. Longoria is much younger than ARod and almost as good right now and in 2-3 years Kershaw will be a top 5 pitcher.
