I have the 3rd pick in a 16 team dynasty league (year2)... I also have the 19th pick...because it's non-snaking draft.
Assuming Heyward & Strasburg go 1st & 2nd, who should I target with my 3rd pick? (Mike Stanton, Desmond Jennings?) Any other players/prospects to target?

Wainwright, Garza, J.Soria, Wagner, Hughes, B.Norris, Wade Davis, Matusz, Sean West

I know, my team doesn't look too good right now, i missed last year's draft, so i'm rebuilding now...i'm not going to compete this year..so should try to trade Aramis, Wagner (anyone else?) to get a player who could break out in a year or two?

Guys worth consideration are the ones you mentioned plus Pedro Alvarez.

Keep a close eye on Martin Perez, Texas Rangers

actually dare i say it there's a chance that Martin Perez is still available when you pick at 19. i like the names that you threw out there and i imagine i'd take Stanton or Jennings.
