Aside from the slam-dunk of Karlsson being #1, it's pretty subjective for the most part. Alex Pietrangelo will be #2.

my thoughts are that there will be lots of changes to the list...Karlsson will make a huge jump, obviously...so will Letang. Green should drop a lot, Subban likely isn't top 10 any longer. Pietrangelo will be there instead. I'd probably go like this:
Karlsson Letang Doughty Pietrangelo Byfuglien Yandle Weber Green Edler Keith

assuming a standard multi-cat league includes shots and PIM, I wouldn't rank big Buff any lower than #2... his points will be in-line (or above) the others at the top of the list, but his peripheral stats set him apart.
just call him Rodney "big Buff" Dangerfield...

1. Karlsson 2. Doughty (still has all the talent in the world) 3. Letang 4. Weber 5. Pietrangelo 6. Edler 7. Yandle 8. Byfuglien 9. Chara (keeps getting it done year after year) 10. Green HM's: Keith, Shattenkirk, Kulikov and Campbell.
