Mason replaced him in the first period. I was reading the gameday forum and observers say he was helped off the ice (possibly groin).

Yeah he hurt it blocking a shot on the side of the net but the play continued abd he jumped up after the initial strain and stopped the puck from going into the goal. Probably HUD it more by doing that but stopped a goal. He was Helped off.
