I think Karlsson is taking lessons from that Stamkos diving.

Goalies are going flying tonight in Montreal!!!

Dustin Brown??? I don't see that in his game at all, did he put in a couple Oscar performances in Nucks games or something?

Read the posts earlier in the thread. Dustin Brown is one of the worst divers. Like I posted earlier in the thread the dive he did on Zetterberg yesterday was embarrassing and Babcock and Zetterberg were right to call him on it.

I know the Nuck thing was tongue in cheek but I said that as a captain, Brown should be embarrassed for how many times he dives.

didn't see that play you mentioned but he's never struck me as that kind of player, at least not in years past. To be fair, I've only seen parts of a couple Kings games this year and in general I don't watch many LA games anyway since they're usually late games and I've never liked the Kings as a team anyway so I may well have missed a lot

Ya. When you hear about Brown his leadership skills and size are always mentioned first. People rarely bring up his history of diving (which is fairly extensive, considering that he's a captain).

Default Crosby

He's not the worst, and there hasn't been a lot to go on lately, but Crosby's known to take swandive every now and again... Particularly earlier in his career. What's worse is he doesn't get called (ever?) cause of his golden boy status.

I think it goes like this... You tripped the guy (penalty), he then embellished to ensure getting the call (also a penalty). If the guy didn't embellish his team would be up a man.

Don't they punish embellishing/diving post-game with fines and suspensions for repeat offenders?

Edit: where it should be just the dive is when nothing occurred to cause it. Was it this or last season where there was an errand high stick that clearly missed he dude's face and he still went down like a sac of pucks then rolled around a bit. I think it was Tootoo or Burrows maybe.
Was it this one from Caricillio? http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V0GeiWoiiIE
