Our 4 year old 12 team Dynasty League looking for 2 new GMs. This is a cash league, 50 per season, the cap is 64 million, salaries are based on season performance. I can email you the formula if you're curious. But to give you an example Ray Whitney's last year stats 57/75GP +/- 0, 26 PPP = 2.6 million minimum per season. The league is h2h, G/A/PTS/PPP/+/- W/Saves/S%/G.A.A. Start 9FWDs, 4 D, 1 G, and 7 bench. We have auction style free agency, with highest bidder being the total value of the contract (term+min salary requirement per year based on formula). Contract terms are 1x4yr, 3x3yr, 6x2yr, and unlimited 1yrs. So everyone gets a shot at everyone at some point.

Half our rosters turn over a season, so going from missing the playoffs to contending can be achieved through shrewd free agency. We also have full farm systems where players are free until you choose to call them up and they've played more then a quarter of the season (then you need to sign in the next off season or they become a UFA). If you have cap room you can buy more players and stash them on the farm to protect against injury. The league is ESPN hosted, and free agency auction takes place on our own private league site.

We are looking for active owners, and by active we mean speak up on the boards, solicit and respond to trade talks, and people who in general just enjoy talking fantasy hockey. This league requires work, the off season is almost more busy then the regular season. So research on picks and free agency signings is the key to success. If you're also interested in adding more color to the league through articles, or trade posts, this is also a plus. Finally, you also have to take some pleasure in taking others money.

Although this is a cash league, passion for keeper league hockey is a must.
