I think you're confusing Cam Fowler with Cam Barker. The latter certainly does suck. But the former is still only 20 years old and has already shown glimpses of solid potential. Not many 20 year old d-men can already boast a 40 point NHL season on their resume.

+1, as Fowler is still a work in progress and obviously has legit potential.
