Wendel said it best, fear not grasshopper you'll catch up soon enough. Actually while guys like Wendel, Bomm, and myself have a decade or more head start on you in beer drinking, when we started the whole microbrewery business was a shadow of what it is now. Kinda envy you getting to bust your beer drinking cherry on the good stuff out there now.

I think he's more of a whippersnapper instead of a scamp.

Actually, I busted my beer drinking cherry with excess amounts of shitty, cheap beer.

Tried Trois Pistoles again last night, managed to enjoy the whole glass this time.

It's very good, thanks for the recommendation. I prefer it over La Fin Du Monde.

No problem Dyz glad you enjoyed it. It's simply a phenomenal brew. I have to get busy and start trying some of the others from Unibroue.

I haven't tried Maudite yet but I've tried Blanche de Chamblay, La Fin Du Monde, Ephemere, and now Trois Pistoles. I think there's one other kind I haven't tried, name isn't coming to me.

Hit the liquor store again last night - no Makroken to be found once again, damn. Also all out of Red Racer. I did pick up a 6er of Blanche de Chamblay, a big bottle of Trois Pistoles, and something called the Hopbox... it's a 12 pack consisting of 4 different IPA's I believe - there was HopCircle, Amarillo IPA, and I can't remember the others. Anyone try this before? I'd never heard of any of the beer but figured it was worth a try as I felt like some IPA and they had nothing but Dead Rogue in a 6er (anyone try this?)
